Returns
If you receive a defective item then please immediately send an email to sales@darkwares.com or see the Contact Us link. Please contact us as soon as possible since some of our suppliers enforce time restraints for returned merchandise. Give us your name, contact information, and the name of the product that will be returned. We will respond with instructions for returning your product(s). The shipping costs of returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Authorization
DarkWares.com only accepts returns from defective items. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise. We will issue an authorization number that must be included with the defective returned item(s) and we will also ensure that you send to the correct address. A copy of the invoice or shipping document must be included with all returns and the item(s) must be in the original packaging in original condition.

Packages
DarkWares.com may ship your merchandise in multiple packages in order to maximize the speed with which you receive your order. Most packages are identified as coming from DarkWares.com. Some may have a return address associated with our supplier.

International Orders
We currently only ship to the lower 48 states within the United States.
